David Camarena is a Mexican-American Director and Photographer from Northern California. His singular perspective is inspired by years of documentation, candid moments, and deep views into the landscape of Latinidad communities in both California and Mexico.

Working across live action, still photography, animation, and music videos, David has developed a distinct visual language grounded in storytelling. He’s directed work for brands including Nike, Square, Kids of Immigrants, Adidas, Foot Locker and Tidal, with features in Rolling Stone, Vogue, Hypebeast, and Pitchfork.
