Six films highlighting the real stories of how Cash App helps communities.
“OperaCréole”
Founded in 2011 by Givonna Joseph and Aria Mason, OperaCréole undoes erasure and restores black history by performing works by composers of African descent, honoring New Orleans’ deep Creole roots and its role as America’s first city of opera.
By making it easy to pay musicians and singers, Cash App helps sustain the artists who carry this legacy forward.

“Teens on the Green”
This film follows Kai, Jace, Christian, and Gavin — teens in South Florida creating core memories on the golf course while managing money through the ease of Cash App’s mobile tools.
Photography features the teens using Cash App, learning financial tools for their future while having fun during the summer.

“Bella on the Boardwalk”
Bella bonds with friends on the Galveston Bay boardwalk — building financial confidence while making new memories.
Bella earns allowance from doing chores around the house, and her parents encourage her to budget with Cash App.

“Freedom Fighting Missionaries”
After being evicted, Keisha and her eight kids had nowhere else to go–until she found the Freedom Fighting Missionaries.
The Freedom Fighting Missionaries help those impacted by incarceration and the legal system secure Section 8 vouchers, housing, and stability. Using Cash App, Freedom Fighters can quickly provide emergency relief, ensuring help is always just a tap away.

“Suavecita”
Alyssa Aviles started the Mission-born art collective Suavecita Press to honor the legacy of her Abuelitos and generations of Mission women.
Rooted in the idea of radical accessibility, Suavecita serves as a creative hub for Latina and Chicana artists. Their printmaking and collaborative workshops take art off institutional walls and back to the community.

“SF Skate Club”
Shawn Connolly and Thuy Nguyen founded SF Skate Club during San Francisco’s golden era of skateboarding.
Two decades later, SF Skate Club remains true to its original mission–empowering the city’s youth by providing them with a board, mentorship, and the freedom to express themselves. Cash App gives the club an accessible tool to receive payments, which helps the club stay financially supported.
